The Watanabe Law Firm prides itself on its attorneys’ litigation experience and practice. With experience in litigating matters in different forums across the United States, our civil litigation practice extends to contested matters involving commercial business disputes, contract claims, business torts, and employment-related claims.

Our attorneys have extensive experience before federal and state courts, administrative and regulatory agencies, and arbitral bodies. Our attorneys' trial experience consists of more than one hundred cases tried before various federal and state courts. Many of the cases have been high profile in nature and contributed to the law firm’s reputation for its willingness to fully prosecute or vindicate its clients’ interest.

We believe that a strong litigation practice and a reputation for a willingness to try cases achieve the best result for clients. Unlike some firms with “litigation practices,” we actually try cases and are formed of trial attorneys who recognize the importance of litigating matters where it serves the client’s best interest.

As part of litigation practice, we also represent clients at arbitration proceedings before arbitral bodies such as the American Arbitration Association. While alternative dispute resolution develops as a cost-efficient solution to formal litigation, we litigate these matters with the same vigor and conviction applied before a judicial forum.
