Biography:

Ms. Leddy is of counsel in the Firm’s litigation practice. Having practiced for over ten years with prestigious law firms in New York and Connecticut, Ms. Leddy has extensive trial and appellate experience in a wide range of corporate and individual client matters pending before both state and federal courts, including securities fraud litigation, white collar crime and government investigations, general contract disputes, patent and trademark litigation, ERISA and employment litigation and trusts and estates litigation. Ms. Leddy brings to the Firm her remarkable brief writing abilities, having written hundreds of successful trial motions and appellate briefs in all of these practice areas.

Ms. Leddy received her B.A., with highest honors, from William Smith College, and her J.D. from Cornell Law School, where she was an editor of the Cornell International Law Journal. Ms. Leddy is admitted to practice in the States of the New York, Connecticut and North Carolina, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the District of Connecticut.
