Founder and Partner

Mr. Watanabe is a highly experienced litigator with extensive trial and appellate experience. For thirty-five years, he has tried and argued cases before federal and state courts. Mr. Watanabe has litigated high profile cases representing well-known individuals and has regularly appeared on network and cable television as a legal analyst. He began his career as a federal and state prosecutor. Over the years, he has compiled an enviable record of achievement in litigation and arbitration of different matters throughout the United States. In addition to representing individuals and businesses in litigation matters, Mr. Watanabe also advises businesses in regulatory and compliance matters and conducts internal investigations.

Mr. Watanabe received his B.A., with honors, from Tulane University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
